Avoir tour à tour tort ou raison
20 mai 2014
Right or wrong
J'avais raison, cela me plaît. Merci mes amies de m'avoir gâtée.
I had told you I felt like having a little colour around the house. I was rignt, thank you my friends for spoiling me.
I had told you that I would never be able to make granny squares. Well, I was wrong, as you can see. I have become a champion, haven't I? Watch out Isacy!
I had led you to understand that I had not brought back anything interesting from London. I was right as my husband's new trousers and new sweat shirt, and my new Clarks boots would not be of great interest to you, but I was wrong as regards the tea I brought back. I found some Summer Pudding and Sticky Pudding flavoured tea. Isn't that SO interesting? (I'll have to give you the recipes for those two fabulous puddings one of these days).
Vent de Terre took this photo for me in London.Thank you very much,I really love it.
Maman Mule gave us the idea to go to Haute-Normandie last week-end. In her last post, she was mentioning Lyons-la-Forêt, one of the most beautiful villages in France. We were glad we went, it was beautiful, especially with this beautiful weather.
Bonne journée
Have a good day!
